Wow! What a church family!  Thank you so much for the wonderful visits at the hospital and at home, the beautiful cards, telephone calls, gifts and food, and especially your prayers. God is so Good!  Carol Schrock

Vacation Bible School registration forms should be in today.  Anyone able to help set up for Bible School should come to the church next Sunday to begin setting up at 2:00. Bible School begins the next Monday at 6:30 p.m.  Please continue to pray for our staff and all our children during the week.

7:00 PM Traditional Hymn Sing led by Ellis Miller and the Sonnenberg Men’s Trio on Sunday, July 22.  This will be the third of the four hymnsings held at Sonnenberg Mennonite Church in Kidron this summer.  Everyone is welcome.  Following the hymnsing, all young adults are invited to gather for food, fun & fellowship.

The Black Swamp Benefit Bazaar Board would like to thank the many volunteers, donors and participants who helped make the 2007 event such a big success.  With your help, more than $180,000 was raised for Sunshine Inc. of Northwest Ohio and MCC during the weekend events.  Proceeds will be split evenly between Sunshine’s local work serving people with disabilities and the global relief work of MCC.

The Mennonite Relief Sale is coming UpAugust 3 & 4.  There are many ways you can help, from donated items to volunteer time and labor.  See the list on the secretary’s board, or talk to Al & Anna Miller or Ella Rohrer.

The Gifts Discernment Committee has placed a ballot in your mailbox. Please look over these and be ready to vote next Sunday. There are a few positions still needing filled.  Ballots for these positions will be distributed as volunteers are found to serve.
