WHAT’S HAPPENING AT SMC . . .

ATTENTION:  This Wednesday, Sept. 5, we will have our first Wednesday night All-church night.  If you could give one or two nights for babysitting for our infant through 3 year-olds, please sign the sheet in the West hallway. This is a good chance to learn to know our little people.         –The Wednesday Night All Church Committee

Next Sunday evening, September 12, at 6:30, Andrew Mast will be baptized in Lake Harmony.  Bring your lawn chairs to the pavilion on the south side of the lake, and pray for nice weather!

Thank you all for your prayers, cards, and the food you brought in during the time of our mother’s passing and funeral.  It was so very much appreciated.

-Harold and June Steiner, and family

$423.13 was raised by Smithville Mennonite Church for the 2007 Waterworks Penny Power.  The total amount raised by all the churches has not yet been counted.
