Everyone is welcome to celebrate Ryan’s graduation by attending his graduation party May 31, 12 pm-3:30 p.m. at his home. See the note on the bulletin board.

 

Bring your lawn chairs to Hartzler’s Ice Cream Shoppe this Tuesday May 27, at 7:00 p.m..  You will enjoy gospel music by The Coppenhaver Trio, and “Memory Music” by Lois and Winifred Ramseyer, while treating yourself to delicious ice cream.

Mongolia Countdown:  There are now 4 Sundays until the “Mongolia 8”—our team from SMC heads out.  Between now and then everyone who is interested in supporting and understanding this adventure is welcome to come to our 8:30 a.m. prayer meeting every Sunday.  We will also have two more informational meetings, June 1 and 22, to which we welcome anyone,  especially friends and family who may have questions.

 

Please claim your wash baskets and other containers left from the Mongolia Men’s garage sale.  They are in the west hallway.

 

OrrVilla Retirement Community invites you to an open house this afternoon, from 1:30 to 4:30.  Several assisted living apartments in Maple Terrace will be open for tours.  OrrVilla is located at 333 E. Sassafras St, just east of Dunlap Hospital.  Look for the “Open House” signs.Come see why OrrVilla is an enjoyable place to live.

 

Camp Luz needs your assistance with the following items for summer crafts:  Magazines for cutting pictures, shredded paper (especially colored paper), paper towel tubes, glass jars (ketchup, pickle, etc), and plastic grocery bags.  Also we still need nurses toward the end of the summer.  If you are an RN or LPN, Contact 330-683-1246, Deb Horst, if you are interested in serving as camp nurse.
